He's mobile.... sort of

Callen has figured a way to move without crawling... the scoot. He spins quick too.

Still really vocal

Callen is always making noise. He can get really loud if he thinks no one is paying attention. Here are some great little videos

This is when we were outside. He was playing in the tent while I was planting the garden.

Ewan turned 4! He is a BIG BOY now. He wanted another robot cake, because the first one was so cool. But, I made a dinosaur cake. He was less enthusiastic about it. The party was a dinosaur theme altogether. We were supposed to go swimming, but it was only 60 that day and a little rainy. So, we did a T-Rex pinata. It was a hit!

We made it! He is not quite mobile yet, as in crawling. He can scoot, roll and spin his way to many places. He babbles constantly! He loves to talk and touch.

Gruesome Twosome

These two... Ewan thinks he is funny. He took many goofy pictures. It was bedtime and so the silliness reigned. Still adorable. Callen is 6.5 months and Ewan will be 4 in one month!

Callen is getting stronger all the time. He regularly throws himself around the playmat. We have to watch him so he doesn't hurl himself to the floor every minute. Here he is sitting up!! He is not quite stable enough to do it for long. Pretty soon he will be running, either after or away from Ewan, I am sure.

Rising Rock Star

Ewan loves to sing! He will sing about anything, anywhere. He recently took a music class at school. He likes to tell me all about his instruments, with demonstration, of course. He even told me about rhythm. He was very excited. I caught one of his solos here. About Pirates...

I hear so much that Callen looks like a little Ewan. They look pretty different to me. Since I just took Callen's 6 month pictures, I will compare them to Ewan's. It is easier to see the differences. They both have those beautiful big blue eyes! So lucky
